Sarah Ferguson will join the Royal Family at the Windsor Castle Concert despite not being invited to the King’s Coronation. The Duchess of York missed out on an invitation to the crowning of King Charles and Queen Camilla at Westminster Abbey next month. Instead, Fergie will join the royals and 20,000 ticket holders for the Coronation Concert, featuring Take That and Katy Perry. A source told The Sun Fergie is “delighted” to be attending the celebrations.
Fergie will not join her ex-husband Prince Andrew and daughter Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie at Westminster Abbey as she did not receive an official invitation.
However, royal sources said there is no “ill-will” on either side, as reports suggest the Duchess did not expect an invitation.
Fergie and her daughters will be seen at the concert taking place at Windsor Castle the day after the Coronation.
A source said: “She cherishes those more relaxed times with the family and, contrary to some reports, is fully accepting of the situation.
“She did, of course, join the family for the Sandringham Christmas celebrations, so it’s clear there is no ill will in either direction. Quite the contrary.”

Fergie and Prince Andrew still live together at Royal Lodge in Windsor despite their divorce in 1996.
The couple have remained good friends throughout their relationship.
Speaking previously the Duchess of York said they are the “happiest divorced couple in the world”.
Over 2,000 invitations have been sent out to guests across the world inviting them to Westminster Abbey.
The colourful and vibrant invitation reads: “The Coronation of Their Majesties King Charles III & Queen Camilla.”
The invitation revealed that Camilla would be known as Queen going forward.
A palace source said: “It made sense to refer to Her Majesty as the queen consort in the early months of His Majesty’s reign, to distinguish from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
“‘Queen Camilla’ is the appropriate title to set against ‘King Charles’ on the invitation. The coronation is an appropriate time to start using ‘Queen Camilla’ in an official capacity. All former queen consorts have been known as ‘Queen’ plus their first name.”
Rehearsals for the Coronation procession began on Tuesday morning.
The procession route taken by Charles and Camilla is much shorter than expected at just 1.3 miles, compared the five-mile journey taken by Queen Elizabeth on the day of her Coronation in 1953.
The procession will include Armed Forces from across the Commonwealth as well as the Sovereign’s Bodyguard and Royal Watermnen.
Over 70 years ago Queen Elizabeth II spent two hours greeting the public through London in a much longer route.
