Kate Middleton, 41, and Prince William, 40, were filmed walking inside The St. Regis Hotel in Amman, Jordan today.
The Prince and Princess of Wales are in Jordan to attend the royal wedding of Crown Prince Hussein of Jordan, 28, and Rajwa Al Saif, 29.
The royal wedding will take place at Zahran Palace in Amman at 4pm local time, which is 2pm British time.
Although the dress code at the reception is black-tie and no tiaras, King Abdullah II and Queen Rania of Jordan will be hosting a wedding banquet later in the evening which will be a formal state banquet.
This means Princess Kate is highly likely to attend as a foreign royal and in addition, she will most probably don a tiara. But which diadem will she choose?

Kate Middleton’s tiaras
Cartier Halo Tiara
Kate borrowed the Cartier Halo Tiara from the late Queen Elizabeth for her wedding to Prince William.
Her now-iconic Alexander McQueen dress was wonderfully complemented by the dainty diamond and platinum diadem.
Although Kate hasn’t worn the tiara in public since her wedding, jewellery lovers hope to see it again because it has a long royal history.
The tiara was made by Cartier in 1936, which is when it first appeared. Queen Elizabeth II received it on her 18th birthday, but Elizabeth, the Duchess of York (the future Queen Mother) was the original owner.
Lotus Flower Tiara
At the annual diplomatic reception held at Buckingham Palace in December 2013, the Princess had her first public appearance in a tiara since her wedding. She selected the Papyrus Tiara, commonly known as the Lotus Flower Tiara, for the formal celebration.
Kate donned the accessory with what appeared to be a light blue gown and dangling earrings. The delicate tiara, which has pearls and diamonds, was Princess Margaret’s favourite and was also worn by the Queen Mother in the years prior to her husband assuming the throne.
In October 2015, Kate donned the Lotus Flower Tiara once more, this time at a state dinner in President Xi Jinping of China’s honour. She wore the glittering tiara with a vivid red dress on that particular occasion.
Kate later wore a red Jenny Packham dress with the Lotus Flower headpiece in 2022 to the diplomatic reception.
Lover’s Knot Tiara
A favourite of Princess Diana’s, Kate first wore this bold diadem in December 2015. At the annual diplomatic reception at Buckingham Palace in December 2016, Kate wore the Lover’s Knot for a second time in public.
The tiara has sentimental value because her late mother-in-law Princess Diana frequently wore it. The Lover’s Knot was clearly becoming one of Kate’s favourite tiaras by July of 2017.
In December 2017, Kate once more wore the Lover’s Knot Tiara to the annual Diplomatic Reception at Buckingham Palace. In 2018, Kate wore the Lover’s Knot with an icy blue dress to a state dinner in honour of King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands.
The Princess once again wore this tiara when then-President Donald Trump visited the UK in 2019. The newly titled Princess of Wales chose the Lover’s Knot tiara once more for King Charles’s first State Banquet in 2022.
Alexander McQueen floral headpiece
Kate wore this sparkling headpiece at King Charles’s Coronation as no tiaras were allowed to be worn by royals in attendance.
The bespoke creation was made by the milliner Jess Collett in collaboration with one of Kate’s favourite labels, Alexander McQueen.
Jess Collett had been working as a couture milliner for the past 25 years after receiving a loan from King Charles’s charity, The Prince’s Trust.
The gorgeous headpiece was made with silver bullion, crystals, and silver thread. Steven Stone jewellery experts estimate the piece to be worth around £32,000.
