Kate, the Princess of Wales might be looking for a gentle hobby to keep her busy while recovering from abdominal surgery.
Known for her artistic side, she may enjoy drawing, colouring or reading. However, there’s one skill she’s previously admitted to struggling with – knitting.
When expecting Prince George, Kate tried to learn knitting to make him a special gift.
But, as she confessed, she was “really bad” at it. She first shared this during a 2013 visit to Glasgow, telling royal fans: “I’ve been trying to knit and I’m really bad. I should be asking for tips!”
In 2020, during a visit to Bradford, Kate stopped by Older Yet Wiser – a group that helps grandparents – and once again praised the “amazing skill” as she noted she had failed to pick it up.
