Inside Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's £23m home featuring massive garden and pool

Prince Harry and Megan Markle offered royal fans a peek into their gorgeous home in Montecito, California – including a massive swimming pool

The pair moved in there June 2020 after stepping away as working members of the Royal Family when their oldest, Prince Archie was two years old, and fans were curious to take a look inside their massive mansion.

The 16-bedroom Californian estate exudes a romantic Mediterranean ambiance, accentuated by expansive Grecian plant pots, numerous trees, and climbing ivy adorning the stunning stone façade of the residence.

Although they were staying out of the public eye, they shared peeks of what their home looked like in their Netflix docu-series ‘Harry and Meghan’ that aired in December 2022.

The property in Santa Barbara county was worth $14.6 million (£11.5 million) when the Sussexes moved in, but according to The Sun, its value has more than doubled to $30 million (£23.6 million) as of 2022.

They were sat on a romantic outdoor bench with a blue and white striped cushion. The huge, manicured bushes that frame the outside seating area, could be seen in the background.

The property’s outdoor features include a large pool, a tennis court, a chicken coop and rose gardens, as well as a roomy terrace with a wood-fired stove and barbecue.

The interior is no less impressive with a sauna, gym, games room and arcade, as well as a wine cellar and a five-car garage.

During an interview with The Cut in August 2022, the Duchess said the house exudes a calming feeling.

She said: “We did everything we could to get this house. Because you walk in and go … Joy. And exhale. And calm. It’s healing. You feel free.”
