Meghan Markle's project 'delayed' as she's 'anxious to do phenomenally'

Meghan Markle is “anxious” to do well and often leaves projects unfinished, a royal expert has claimed.

The Duchess of Sussex’s latest project has been her lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, along with a new podcast also in the offing.

Royal expert Angela Levin joined Mark Dolan on GBN America to discuss Meghan’s business ventures.

Aside from American Riviera Orchard, Meghan Markle announced a new podcast with Lemonada earlier this month. However, the royal expert suggested Meghan’s podcast release had been delayed.

“The company have put off what they were going to do with Meghan, which is podcasts with another whole load of famous people”, Levin said on GBN America.

Earlier this year, Meghan announced a new podcast partnership with Lemonada, expressing her ongoing passion for the medium.

Previously tied to a hefty $20 million (£15 million) Spotify deal alongside Harry, their podcast venture faltered after just one season of Meghan’s old podcast Archetypes.

Recent reports from the Mail suggest that Meghan’s new podcast endeavour is facing challenges in gaining momentum.

According to expert Richard Eden, the company is wary of her upcoming Netflix television series overshadowing the podcast’s launch.

Announcing her new deal, Meghan said: “Being able to support a female-founded company with a roster of thought-provoking and highly entertaining podcasts is a fantastic way to kick off 2024.

“Our plan to re-release Archetypes so that more people can now have access to it, as well as launching a dynamic new podcast is well in the works.”
