An eight-year-old girl fell to her death from a tower block balcony yesterday evening. Emergency crews rushed to the building in Buckland in Potsmouth at around 6.30pm and cordoned off the area.
Police confirmed today that they had arrested a 43-year-old woman on suspicion of neglect.
