TikTok prankster Mizzy won't face police action despite filming himself entering homes

No more action is being taken against the TikTok prankster, Mizzy, despite him being arrested days after he shared a vile video of another home invasion online. The 18-year-old, whose real name is Bacari-Bronze O’Garro, posted a clip of the arrest on Twitter on Wednesday, captioning the footage: “The Matrix sent their agents.”

It hasn’t been confirmed why O’Garro was arrested though the video suggests it was for breaching the terms of a curfew.

His Twitter post came days after the Metropolitan Police launched an investigation into a new video where Mizzy allegedly sneaks into another home.

In Wednesday’s video, which Mizzy himself described as showing his arrest, he appears to deny allegations he was not at home when police officers arrived in a bid to apply his tag.

An officer claimed that just after midnight on June 12 police visited the residence, but O’Garro did not appear to be in. The teenager claimed he was asleep at the time.

O’Garro was taken to Thames Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, the same day of his arrest.

But the Metropolitan Police has confirmed he was released with no further action.

A spokesman for the force said: “On Wednesday, 21 June officers arrested an 18-year-old man at an address in south-east London on suspicion of a tag breach.

“He attended Thames Magistrates’ Court later the same day. The case was withdrawn by the CPS [Crown Prosecution Service] and the man was released with no further action.”

The CPS has been approached for comment.

In his latest alleged home invasion prank, Mizzy appears to sneak through the door to a flat while those inside sit on a balcony.

He then appears to peer inside a couple of bedrooms before the inhabitants spot him and run towards him. O’Garro then flees with a barking Alsation at his heels.

The teenager had already appeared in court in May accused of having entered a family’s home as part of a prank and posting the footage on TikTok without their consent.

O’Garro, from Hackney, east London, was placed under a criminal behaviour order and fined over that video.

O’Garro said on Twitter that he had apologised to that family and admitted he had “made a very dumb stupid mistake” by entering their home.

He said at the time that his online persona Mizzy was a social media character he had created, but it ended up getting out of hand.

Mizzy said: “I decided to go all out beast mode on this Mizzy Character and up the ante on the pranks until I eventually got sucked so into this Mizzy character and I basically forgot who Bacari was.”

The teenager went on to credit Tristan Tate, the brother of social media influencer Andrew Tate, for contacting him amid the controversy.

He said: “The Tate Brothers have been helping me immensely, teaching me to actually take people’s feelings in and hold more accountability for my actions as I develop into a man.

“They are also showing me that I can accomplish what I want in ways that won’t make me look like a villain and in the process also help others.”

It emerged this week that Andrew Tate has been charged with rape, human trafficking and forming a criminal gang to exploit women.

Tate and his brother Tristan, both dual UK-US nationals, and two Romanian nationals have been under house arrest for months during a police investigation.
