A school staff member in Lynn, Massachusetts has been stabbed multiple times in a horrifying attack that has seen a student arrested by police.
Police said the KIPP Academy was repeatedly stabbed by the student but is expected to survive.
Lea Benson, who describes herself as a “Special Educator, Psychometrist, Unionist, Journalist, Broadcaster” on X, earlier wrote: “KIPP Academy in Lynn.
Hearing that a student stabbed a teacher or the Vice Principal multiple times in the upper body and face.
“Student fled the school. Area on lockdown.”
The student fled the school but was arrested after being chased on foot by police.
