Prince Harry has given another bombshell TV interview and is likely to spark stern criticism for going into detail about King Charles’s cancer diagnosis.
Appearing on Good Morning America on Friday, the Duke of Sussex proudly declared “I love my family” and said he believes his father’s illness could “unify” the Royal Family.
He said he plans to return to the UK this year and pop in on his family.
Harry said: “The fact that I was able to get on a plane and go and see him and spend any time with him I’m grateful for that.”
When asked by presenter Will Reeve if he believes the diagnosis will have a “reunifying effect” for the Firm, the Duke said: “Absolutely. Yeah, I’m sure. Throughout all these families I see it on a day-to-day basis, again, the strength of the family unit coming together. I think any illness, any sickness brings families together.”
