Prince Harry 'going to do just fine' thanks to pivotal lesson from Princess Diana

Prince Harry is “going to do just fine” in the United States thanks to Princess Diana teaching him to adapt to any situation, a top celebrity lawyer said. The Duke of Sussex hastily relocated to California before borders were shut down during the pandemic. He has since made a multi-million-pound Tuscan-style villa in Montecito his home, and he said he now feels “at peace” away from the United Kingdom.

Celebrity lawyer James J Leonard suggested Harry quickly made himself at home thanks to a crucial lesson he picked up from his late mother.

Speaking to The Mirror, Leonard said: “From what I have seen, I believe that Prince Harry is going to acclimate quite well to life in America thanks in large part to the way that he was raised by his mother, Princess Diana.

“I think that she was well versed in the social and cultural ways of the west and raised both Harry and Prince William to honour and respect the traditions of their lineage, but also with an understanding of how the rest of the world works.”

He added: “I think Prince Harry is going to do just fine.”

Diana herself had been considering a move to sunny California following her divorce from then-Prince Charles in 1996.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have settled a little over an hour’s drive from the Malibu mansion her former aide claimed she had set her eyes on.

Paul Burrell told CBS News in 2020: “I remember she set out in her sitting room, the plans of a home in Malibu, California, the former home of Julie Andrews, and she said to me ‘I’m buying this house and buying this house to give William and Harry a new perspective on life’.”

According to the former royal butler, Diana had been considering a move to the US because “nobody’s judgemental here in America”

Since his move stateside, Harry has been experiencing a considerable fluctuation in popularity among Americans.

According to a Redfield & Wilton poll carried out on February 19, the Duke suffered a 48-point drop in popularity since December.

Broadcaster Megyn Kelly warned the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s popularity is now “below water” across the United States as people are “absolutely sick” of their complaints against the Royal Family.

She said: “They were above water before their Netflix special and the book Spare. And now they’re below water, both of them.

“They’re the least popular royals. They’ve overtaken Prince Andrew as the least popular royals, and that took some doing.”
