Prince Harry 'concerned' as Meghan Markle 'leans on pals for support'

Prince Harry is reportedly concerned about the amount of stress his wife Meghan Markle is enduring.

The Duchess of Sussex is said to be receiving “emotional support” from her friends” after she was recently spotted wearing an anti-stress ‘wellness patch’ which is claimed to reduce stress hormones and boost sleep. Meghan was reportedly spotted wearing the small blue patch on her wrist as she ran errands out and about in Montecito.

Some reports claim the device could be sending a silent message to Harry to show him that she is finding things difficult without him. The Duke had been in Japan and Singapore – where he took part in the Handa Polo Cup 2023 – at the time. And, yesterday, he confirmed he was returning to the UK next month for a charity event.

Meghan, meanwhile, will “never set foot in the UK again”, according to one Royal Family author, because she “knows how unpopular she is”. And now, it’s being reported that the Duchess has been leaning on friends for support as a result of “the pressures she faces in her everyday life”.

Meghan was recently spotted hanging out with friends at a Taylor Swift gig. And she also took a trip to watch Barbie in the cinema and enjoyed lunch with friends.

Relationship expert Louella Alderson said: “The constant media scrutiny and public opinion can be exhausting and can take its toll. Plus, lots of Meghan and Harry’s deals have fallen through recently, so it’s no surprise that she has been leaning on her friends for support.”

“When faced with challenges, friends can offer emotional and practical support. They can provide comfort, empathy, understanding and solidarity in difficult times.”

“Friends can often offer unique perspectives that help us see things from different angles and come up with solutions that we may not have thought of on our own.”

Louella told The Mirror: “Fun activities and distractions with friends can help take our minds off the situation and provide us with an emotional breather. In Meghan’s case, her friends are likely providing a much-needed break from the everyday grind.

“During difficult times, we may experience a range of emotions, including fear, sadness, or frustration. Friends create an environment where we can freely express ourselves without judgment.

“Sharing our struggles with friends allows us to release pent-up emotions, gain perspective, and find solace in their support. With Meghan Markle being in the public eye, it will be hard for her to truly trust people. This makes the really close friends she has all the more important and valuable.”
