The couple became engaged at Eaton Hall, the Duke’s family home in Cheshire.
The family said in a statement: “The Duke of Westminster and Miss Olivia Henson are delighted to announce they are engaged to be married.
“The couple, who have been together for two years, recently became engaged at the Duke’s family home at Eaton Hall in Cheshire.
“Members of both their families are absolutely delighted with the news.
“Hugh Grosvenor, The Duke of Westminster, is Grosvenor’s Chair as well as Chair of the Westminster Foundation.
“Miss Henson works for Belazu, a B-Corp certified food company based in London.”
A former Newcastle University student, who studied countryside management, the Duke has continued to maintain an interest in land development and protecting biodiversity.

He has also led a campaign for the Defence and National Rehabilitation Centre, which was founded by his father, and he continues to support the rehabilitation of injured Armed Forces men and women.
As a keen shooter, he represents Team GB at Olympic Skeet Shooting competitions overseas and in the UK.
In 2020 the Duke further extended his charitable endeavours by donating £12.5million to the UK’s efforts to fight the COVID-19 pandemic.
At the time Mr Grosvenor said: “On behalf of my family and everyone at the Grosvenor Estate, I want to say a huge thank you to all our amazing NHS staff and everyone providing critical frontline services.”
He added: “We are all humbled and incredibly grateful that you are working tirelessly to keep us safe and keep the country functioning.
“NHS staff and key workers don’t work in isolation. They have children and families whose health and well-being will also be highly impacted by this crisis.
“As they keep us safe, I want to help provide as much support to them and their families as we can.”
Prince George was christened on October 23 2013 with a total of seven godparents, including his father’s cousin Zara Tindall.
