King Charles’s youngest brother Prince Edward has spoken out about how the monarch is getting on following his shock cancer diagnosis a few weeks ago – for which he is now undergoing treatment.
Prince Edward and his wife Duchess Sophie have had an extremely busy week as the two have conducted multiple royal engagements together across the country.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, Prince Edward said: “We were all hugely grateful for the extraordinary support from everyone. I know he has been very touched by it all.”
Mentioning the King’s cancer treatment, he added: “He’s doing well, we are keeping our fingers crossed that it all goes very well.”
