The pilot scheme covers 10 areas before being rolled out across England and Wales next year, in 2024. It aims to show the public that anti-social behaviour will be “quickly and visibly punished”.
The new plans will also give police and crime commissioners (PCCs) extra funding to enforce the rules and supervise offenders.
Ahead of the Anti-Social Behaviour Action Plan being published on Monday, March 27, Mr Sunak said: “Anti-social behaviour undermines the basic right of people to feel safe in the place they call home. The public has rightly had enough, which is why I am determined to restore people’s confidence that those responsible will be quickly and visibly punished.
“This action plan maps out how we will tackle this issue with the urgency it deserves and stamp out these crimes once and for all so that, wherever you live, you can feel safe in and proud of your community.”

Last week Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer accused the Conservative Party of being “soft” on anti-social behaviour. In March, he revealed that his party plans to force fly-tippers to remove litter and give councils powers to make offenders remove graffiti or rubbish they had dumped.
In response to the plans, Shadow Justice Secretary Steve Reed said the government was “once again following where Labour has led by trying to copy our plan on tough community payback”.
He explained: “The Conservatives have let anti-social behaviour make people’s lives a misery by slashing neighbourhood police and letting offenders get away without punishment.
“They have been content to oversee crumbling frontline services meaning these crimes are now plaguing communities, blighting town centres and leaving people feeling unsafe.”
