Mumbling Joe Biden has another senile moment during key campaign speech

Joe Biden flubbed the introduction to a campaign speech in Milwaukee on Wednesday.

Viewers tried their best to parse through the ‘Bidenese’ as the president began his remarks at the Pieper-Hillside Boys and Girls Club.

“Look, the communities everywhere at this Boys and Girls Club. I’ve been a gigantic supporter of Boys and—biggest in the country, but when I was a senator I provided a lot of money when—during the crime sprees going on—for Boys and Girls Club,” the Delaware Democrat said.

In another moment, the president appeared to pause and repeat his words while discussing redlining, the discriminatory practice of withholding home loans in black neighbourhoods dating back to the early 20th century.

Biden, 81, made multiple campaign stops in Wisconsin, which will hold its primary on April 2.

The president is facing serious questions about his age and mental acuity as he presses ahead with his general election campaign, though Donald Trump has also faced similar questions over various mix-ups.

So far this campaign season, 77-year-old Trump has called his wife Melania by the name “Mercedes” and confused the leaders of Turkey and Hungary as well as former GOP candidate Nikki Haley with Rep. Nancy Pelosi.

Biden’s more advanced age, combined with the stutter he’s been battling since childhood, has made his issues more visible.

A recent New York Times/Sienna College poll showed that 61 percent of his own 2020 voters think he’s “just too old” to be president.

During his visit to Milwaukee, Biden touted his infrastructure law from 2021.

The law, one of the signature accomplishments of his administration, allocates more than $2 trillion for highways, roads, airports, public transit, housing and digital infrastructure.

In his investigation into Biden’s handling of classified documents, Special Counsel Ben Hur described the president as a “well-meaning elderly man with poor memory.”

However, a transcript from their interview shows that he also praised Biden for having “photographic understanding and recall.”

The president has also been cleared as fit for office by his White House doctor.
