Meghan Markle and Prince Harry in 'early talks' to appear in major US reality show

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are being courted by the Kardashian family to make a cameo in their hit reality series The Kardashians, an insider claimed.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have slowly been shedding their royal persona in favour of a more celebrity-like existence in their new home in Montecito, California.

And reports are now suggesting “momager” Kris Jenner is trying to win over the couple to have them appear in her family’s hit Hulu show sometime in the coming months.

The insider noted there is a growing friendship between the Sussex and the Kardashian clans, and Kris has slowly been trying to secure their cameo on the show.

They said: “It’s no coincidence that the Kardashians all move in the same circles as Meghan’s new circle.

“It’s just a slam dunk for the two families to team up, but Kris doesn’t want to push too aggressively, too soon.”

The anonymous source noted getting Meghan and Harry to agree would be a major win for Kris Jenner – and would likely send views for the show skyrocketing.

Speaking to Bella Magazine, they added: “Even if it’s just a cameo, that’s a huge win for Kris, the business side is now in motion and looking very lucrative.”

Talks for the Duke and Duchess’s reality show debut are reportedly “still in the early stages” but Kris is allegedly set on “bedding them into her family.”

Since stepping down from their roles within the Royal Family in 2020 Meghan and Harry have been slowly striking friendships with the Hollywood elite.

Only last month the Duchess was seen rocking it at Beyoncé’s concert with Kerry Washington and former Destiny’s Child Kelly Rowland.

And earlier in the Summer, her mum Doria Ragland was spotted making connections of her own as she was spotted chatting with Kris Kenner and Kim Kardashian during a star-studded outing.

Talks of Meghan and Harry’s reality show debut come as speculation about her return to social media intensifies.

Eagle-eyed royal fans spotted a new Instagram account earlier in the year, suggesting the name @meghan and the profile picture – a simple flower, like Meghan’s nickname from her mum – indicated she would be making a comeback.

The Duchess herself suggested in an interview last year that she would be returning to social media after shutting down all of her profiles shortly before becoming engaged to Harry.

Her signing up with exclusive Los Angeles agency WME further fuelled speculation that she is ready to reclaim her pre-royal public career and hobbies.
