King Charles has made a sweet nod to his five grandchildren as he addressed COP28 calling for swift and effective action to tackle the climate crisis.
He said: “In 2050 our grandchildren won’t be asking what we said, they will be living with the consequences of what we did or didn’t do.”
The King has three grandchildren, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, from his son Prince William and wife Princess Kate.
His younger son Prince Harry and wife Meghan Markle also have two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
