King Charles made key decision during Rolls-Royce journey to London, says expert

King Charles made the decision to be seen in public on a recent trip to London, according to a commentator.

GB News royal correspondent Cameron Walker discussed how the King opted to show himself this week after news emerged of his cancer diagnosis.

Charles was pictured with Queen Camilla inside his Rolls-Royce after the royal pair flew to Buckingham Palace by helicopter.

Cameron said: “He absolutely wants to be seen. He landed in the Buckingham Palace back garden, in a helicopter, with Camilla.

“If the King did not want to be seen, he would not travel in the Rolls-Royce with that big window.”

Charles has quite an extensive car collection, valued at £15 million, and could’ve opted for a car that has tinted windows. He instead chose a car that has a spacious backseat and oversized windows, allowing a clear view.

While Charles is up and moving around, and making three-hour drives from Sandiringham to London, that doesn’t mean he will be conducting public engagements, says Cameron.

The TV presenter explains: “What we’re not going to see is him carrying out engagements with members of the public, it’s going to be very controlled.”
