A man has shared the story of an eerie mansion that’s hiding a dark secret.
TikTok user Ramy (@pimpmycamel) posted a video of an abandoned villa in Italy.
The mansion is yellow and has a symmetrical design with an overhanging roof and steps to the door.
Inside, it has tiled floors, large fireplaces and pastel-coloured walls. The walls and ceilings are covered in sculptures and murals.
Ramy claimed that the bodies of the family who lived in the house in 1907 were found buried in the garden.
Supposedly, the owner came home to find his wife and daughter missing. After a month of searching for them, they were found buried behind the house.
Though the father maintained his innocence, he was the prime suspect.
Today, the mansion lies abandoned and crumbling, with books still sitting on the library shelves.
The video has more than 2.8 million views and 170,000 likes.
TikTok users took to the comments, saying the home was beautiful and they’d be interested in buying it.
One said: “Such a shame that beautiful homes like this aren’t saved.” And another agreeing: “I wish places like this could be taken care of”.
Ramy didn’t give away the location of the property, saying it would get “vandalised in under a month” if people knew where it was.
The New York-based TikToker has 700,000 followers and explores abandoned places such as dentist’s offices, diners, high schools and theme parks.
