Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank leave St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle

Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank got married at St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle, in the same year and at the same venue that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had used for their own wedding.

The Princess wore a stunning long-sleeved ivory “open-back” dress with folded shoulders and a full-length train designed by Peter Pilotto and Christopher de Vos.

Eugenie’s designer choice strayed away from royal standards and traditionally, UK royals have worn wedding designs by British brands whereas this duo is Austrian-Italian and Belgian-Peruvian but is also London-based.

Princess Eugenie arrived at St George’s Chapel shortly before noon.

She pulled up to the church in a 1977 Rolls-Royce Phantom VI and proceeded down the aisle escorted by her father, Prince Andrew, up until the Nave to the Organ Screen, where the groom and the best man were standing.

Shortly afterwards, the royal couple were led through the Quire Gates and into the Quire of the Chapel.

Princess Eugenie wore the Greville Emerald Kokoshnik Tiara – which was specially made by Boucheron for Mrs Greville in 1919.

The intricate piece was lent to her by the late Queen Elizabeth II.

The glittering piece features “brilliant and rose cut diamonds pavé set in platinum, with six emeralds on either side”.

The stunning earrings she paired with it were a gift from her husband Jack Brooksbank.
