Russian troops reportedly targeted Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s motorcade, with the blast occurring 150 metres away from a Greek delegation led by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
Zelensky said there were “multiple killed” and injured in the strike in Odesa, Ukraine, according to local news reports.
