Young man fighting for life after being stabbed on London bus – Oxford Street locked down


A young man is fighting for his life after being stabbed on a bus in Central London. The 25-year-old male was stabbed on the bus just before 10.30 pm last night. Police rushed to the scene on Oxford Street where they found the victim critically injured.

The victim has been rushed to hospital where they remain in a life-threatening condition. A significant crime scene is now in place on Oxford Street following the stabbing. 

No arrests have been made at this stage. A road closure is in place between Regent Street and Harewood Place/Holles Street.

Several bus routes are being diverted, including routes 7, 55, 73, 94, 98, 139, and 390 say traffic monitoring systems.
