An XL Bully has been shot dead by armed police after a horror rampage left four people injured.
The beast launched the attack on Battersea Park Road in south London at 10pm on Monday night.
Police arrested two people, a 22-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman, on suspicion of being the owner in charge of a dog dangerously out of control. Both remain in custody.
Officers rushed to the scene after receiving reports of an ‘out of control’ dog in the area that was attacking people.
All of those injured are men and were taken to hospital. None of their injuries are life-threatening.
