Wisconsin shop sells second $1 million Mega Millions ticket in a few months

A Wisconsin shop has sold its second $1 million lottery ticket in a matter of months.

In March, the Pick N Save in Plymouth sold a $1,000,000 Rose Gold scratch ticket to a shopper.

Now a second shopper at the Eastern Avenue store has hit the jackpot. Their Wisconsin Mega Millions ticket matched up five of the numbers from Tuesday’s draw.

They were missing the Mega Ball for the top prize.

Pick N Save Store Director, Shaun Priesgen said: “I have been the director of this store for only three days and WOW, what an experience. We are super excited for the winner.”

Two additional big winning tickets have come from Tuesday’s draw. Kwik Trip on  4611 8th St. South in Wisconsin Rapids and Kwik Trip on 1000 N. Main St. in Sheboygan Falls both sold $10,000 winning Mega Millions tickets.

For the Wisconsin Rapids Kwik Trip, it is their second big winner of 2023. The Wisconsin retailer sold a $350,000 SuperCash! winning ticket on March 28.

Players are advised to check their lottery tickets after each draw. This is because they have 180 days to claim their winnings.
