William and Kate 'tapping into celebrity' side of duty as royals push for big change

The video showed sweet moments of the couple and their three children — Prince George, nine, Princess Charlotte, eight, and Prince Louis, five — from their time at the Coronation.

Beginning with Charlotte, dressed in her white Alexander McQueen dress and cape, and sporting a wide smile, the footage showed the family hopping into cars to take them to Westminster Abbey — where the traditional ceremony happened.

Featured highlights from the King’s Coronation included the procession to Buckingham Palace, the Royal Family’s iconic appearance on the balcony and the flypast. The clip ended with the newly-crowned Charles and Queen Camilla waving at the crowds.

Then, on May 7, the Prince and Princess of Wales shared another candid video of preparations for the Coronation Concert later that evening. William was seen laughing with staff as they tested equipment for the show. In the video, an unknown voice said: “OK, Prince of Wales. Let’s start your rehearsal.”

The Prince then walked out onto the stage and stood in front of a microphone, where he later made a heartfelt speech before the video ended.
