Donald Trump is facing a slew of new indictment allegations, along with 18 other defendants. But amid the ensuing legal drama, where is his wife Melania Trump?
Melania was last spotted on Wednesday 9 running errands in New York City. She was seen strolling in the Upper East Side carrying a £5,024.32 Chanel bag.
The former model looked chic and composed on the outing, which came shortly before Trump discussed her in an interview. He told Newsmax Melania is behind him “100 percent”.
He added: “She really is, she said the other day it is just so sad what is happening to our country. She said it so poignantly, and sad – but she expressed it.”
The former First Lady has been seen rarely in the past few years in public. The last sighting of the mom-of-one was on June 9, when Trump was facing a different set of indictment charges. Her absence has prompted fans and media alike to pose the question, “Where is Melania Trump?”
The Evening Standard asked: “Trump is preparing to fight for his freedom — where are Melania, Ivanka and Jared?”

It is likely the Slovenian-born former model is either staying in her luxury apartment in Trump Tower or at Mar-a-Lago
Former Trump White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham recently told CNN: “I don’t actually don’t make anything of (Melania’s silence). That is Melania Trump. She is saying in her mind, ‘This is the issue he can deal with it, he doesn’t need me there to prop him up. I’m too busy to go with him.’
“That’s who she is, she will show up by his side when she wants to when she’s ready.”
Despite Trump’s myriad legal issues, Melania appears to have been focusing on her side hustle, NFTs.
Melania sold Independence Day NFTs for $50 in July, Known as “The 1776 Collection”, the selection of seven NFTs featured iconic American sites, like Mount Rushmore.
On July 28 she publicized NFTs promoting her “Fostering the Future, Be Best” initiative.
