Zoo animals have reportedly downed after flooding following the explosion of a Soviet-era dam. Footage shared by Ukrainian officials on Twitter shows the rising warer in Kazkova Dibrova zoo. Mayor Volodymyr Kovalenko warned in the early hours of this morning that cafes, playgrounds and the summer theatre were under water.
