Ukraine HIMARS missile strike 'takes out 65 Russian soldiers' in blow for Vladimir Putin


Sixty-five Russian military personnel have been killed by a Ukrainian HIMARS strike on a trainign facitilty in the Donetsk region, it has been claimed.

Writing on the Spy Dossier Telegram app, the blogger said the airstrike had targeted the facility in the village of Trudovskoe, on Donetsk’s Volnovakha district.

The post added: “This facility provided training for military personnel of the 39th Separate Guards Motorised Rifle Brigade (military unit 35390, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk).

“The rocket attack came at a time when military personnel were forming up at the training ground.

“The strike was carried out by three HIMARS MLRS missiles. According to available data at 16:00, the number of 200s – referring to fatalities – was 65 military personnel.

There was no exact information on the 300s – in other words the number of people injured – yet.

US-supplied HIMARS (High Mobility Artillery Rocket System) missiles were widely credited with pushing Russia back in the months after Vladimir Putin launched his invasion in February, 2022.
