A 23-year-old Scottish tourist is presumed dead after falling from a cruise ship in the North Sea.
Liam Jones, from Dundee, vanished on the MSC Euribia as it sailed from Southampton to Amsterdam on a seven day trip for his mother’s birthday.
Liam, a social work student, was last seen on deck by his sister on March 16 after texting wife Sophia Mcphee back home complaining he was feeling seasick.
Sophie, 20, says she has been given little information from authorities and left in the dark since her husband vanished. She told the Daily Record: “I feel so lost. He’s just…gone. I’m never going to see him again. I’m devastated.
“I have so many questions, and I’m not getting any answers to what’s happened.”
