Tributes pour in for tragic family of five killed in a house fire in Hounslow


The victims, including three children, died in the blaze in Hounslow, west London, on Sunday.

The couple who lived at the home have been identified locally as Aroen Kishen and his wife Seema.

The children were named in a tribute from their school as Riyan, Shanaya and Arohi.

One man, believed to be Mr Kishen, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

One person remains unaccounted for.

Tributes left to Riyan by pupils said they were “all crying today and missing you”.

Flowers for the children were placed at the scene on behalf of Springwell School, Hounslow. One tribute said: “Words cannot even begin to express our sorrow.” It is unclear if the blaze was related to Diwali fireworks.

Police said the fire’s cause is under investigation.
