Transfer news LIVE: Man Utd's Varane successor, Tottenham request, Celtic move in jeopardy

Tottenham have ramped up their interest in Copenhagen teenager Roony Bardghji at the request of manager Ange Postecoglou, according to Inter Live.

Bardghji, 18, is one of the names to keep an eye on this winter amid a breakthrough season in Denmark.

The youngster operates under the same agency as Pedro Porro, Son Heung-min and James Maddison, which would work to Spurs’ advantage.

But the north Londoners face stiff competition for the forward, who has notched 11 goals in all competitions this campaign.
