Ivan Toney has only just returned and the Brentford star is already teasing his next move.
The striker’s eight-month ban from football is now over and he is in line to feature for the Bees against Nottingham Forest on Friday.
But the 27-year-old is already pitching a move to a ‘big club’ and confessed that a switch could happen before the January window slams shut.
“You can never predict when is the right time to move elsewhere, but I think it’s obvious I want to play for a top club,” Toney, linked with Arsenal and Chelsea, said ahead of his playing return.
“Everybody wants to play for a top club, that is fighting for titles. Whether it’s this January that is the right time for a club to come in and pay the right money, who knows?”
