Train carrying industrial material is the third to derail in US in just three weeks


A train derailed in a Midwestern US city on Monday night, marking the third major derailment to strike US heartland in recent weeks. Roughly a dozen cars were strewn across train tracks, but there were no reports of flames or smoke. Union Pacific Railroad says the train was transporting coal, and there is no indication that the crash poses a threat to locals.
