At least six people died in a fire at the popular Teatre nightclub in the southeastern city of Murcia in Spain.
But local authorities warned the death toll could rise.
Local authorities said the blaze broke out around 4am GMT (6am local time) on Sunday.
The fire started at the nightclub, located in the Atalayas area of Murcia, when it was still busy.
The cause of the fire is still not clear.
Emergency services rushed to the Theatre to extinguish the blaze and support the casualties, as well as to look for people who were missing and were known to be on the premises at the time.
Four people have been taken to hospital for smoke inhalation.
