The property listing site said house hunters were beginning to look towards homes with “next-level” interior design as the weather gets colder and nights draw in.

The homes cater to all budgets and family size, so take a look below at this month’s hot property.

1. Five-bedroom chalet style house from Netflix’s Sex Education

Its most-viewed property in October starred in Netflix’s Sex Education, the five-bedroom red-chalet style house in Symonds Yat East in Hertfordshire features countless cosy nooks and views over treetops and the River Wye.

The property, which has now been sold, is steeped in tranquil countryside making it perfect for soaking up surrounding scenery.

It also has its own summer house, Swedish hot bath and specially built stone pizza oven.

2. Four-bed Doncaster home with bubbling hot tub

Coming second in the table was a four-bed home with a hot tub in Doncaster with its own cinema-style lounge and paved garden area, which is on the market for £360,000.

The home boasts an open-plan kitchen with a sleek island which opens out onto the patio area, where its hot tub bubbles away.

This double-fronted detached house is located close to a peaceful nature reserve and has also been awarded a ‘B’ rating for energy efficiency.

3. Bargain Glasgow home with bar in the garden

Third on the list was a four-bed home with a bar in its garden in Glasgow, which is on the market for a bargain £290,000.

The site said it was “bursting with natural light” while its master bedroom has its own dressing room with built-in closets and an en-suite.

Rightmove says the property is filled with modern design features.

4. Four-bed house transformed as part of Channel 4 show

In fourth is a transformed home in Kettering, which featured on Channel 4’s Love It or List It.

The four-bedroom home was listed on the programme and includes a teal kitchen, reclaimed vintage pieces and beautiful parquet flooring.

The Northamptonshire property is still on the market at £450,000.

5. £2m Glasgow arts and crafts mansion

Fifth on the list was an arts and crafts mansion in Glasgow’s leafy Griffnock area, which is on the market for £2m.

This property features handcrafted features which give a nod to its 19th century origins with wood panelling, leaded stained-glass windows and detailed cornicing.

Named Whitecraigs House, the property is set within more than two acres of tranquil grounds.

Offsetting the home’s historical interior, the garden is encircled by picturesque woodland.
