Prince Harry and Prince William
Notably the most recent one, Prince Harry and Prince William have been estranged for quite a while now and according to sources, are not “on speaking terms”, ever since the Duke of Sussex quit his royal duties and moved to the US in 2020.
But reports of a possible “rift” brewing had emerged long before that as in 2019, filmmaker Nick Bullen claimed that William and Harry had a “rift” between them.
He said at the time: “All brothers fall out. All families fall out. Their fallout at the moment is becoming public.”
The duke confirmed the rift in an ITV documentary the same year saying: “Inevitably stuff happens. But look, we’re brothers, we’ll always be brothers. We’re certainly on different paths at the moment but I’ll always be there for him and as I know he’ll always be there for me.”
Since then, their relationship has worsened with Harry even claiming William once got “physical” with him during an altercation in his memoir Spare.
In 2022, a source had claimed the brothers’ relationship is “irreparable”. They said: “[William] doesn’t know who [Harry] is anymore and the trust between them is strained.”
