New York earthquake: Rare 3.8 magnitude shock jolts Buffalo

New Yorkers were rocked awake this morning as an earthquake struck the Buffalo area, Earthquakes Canada reported that a 4.2 magnitude quake was detected in the region.  The United States Earthquake tracker also said: “M 3.8 – 2 km ENE of West
