A suspect has been arrested in connection to the murder of a woman who was found dead on a hiking trail in Arizona, authorities have confirmed.
Lauren Heike’s body was found on the trail near her home in Phoenix. She appeared to have suffered trauma, authorities said.
Five days after Ms Heike’s body was found, police arrested a man in his early 20s at his home, which is located a mile away from where the 29-year-old was killed.
