The second day of Masters quarter-finals action is upon us and snooker fans are in store for another blockbuster day at Alexandra Palace. The first semi-final has already been set between Ronnie O’Sullivan and Shaun Murphy, with a host of top names vying for two spots in the final four.
First up is Judd Trump who takes on Ali Carter at 1.00pm. Trump is the defending and two-time champion and will hope that he can find some improved form after needing a deciding frame to defeat Kyren Wilson in the first round.
The evening session sees Mark Selby take on Mark Allen. Selby was in imperious form as he defeated Robert Milkins 6-1, while Allen had to battle hard to get the better of John Higgins 6-5.
It is an all-UK day at Ally Pally and there are sure to be plenty of twists and turns, with Express Sport here to keep you updated throughout.
