The landscape of the Royal Family has been steadily changing over the last few years following Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s decision to quit as senior members of the Firm, Prince Andrew’s fall from grace and the death of the much loved monarch, Queen Elizabeth II.

But as the late Queen one said: “It’s worth remembering that it is often the small steps, not the giant leaps, that bring about the most lasting change.”

And that is precisely what King Charles appears to be doing, 12 months into his reign. He’s pivoting towards a slimmed-down monarchy, as seen with the few royals who appeared on the balcony at his Coronation, introducing cost-cutting measures and looking to open up the royal palaces to the public.

He doesn’t want to rock the boat, but he’s certainly trying to put his own stamp now he’s in the top seat – something he’s waited his whole life to do.

But while the shift takes place in the background, it’s other family members who take centre stage.

From Harry and Meghan’s latest bombshell claims to whether Prince Andrew will be making a sensational comeback to the the royal fold.

Royal tours are on the way too and the Prince and Princess of Wales will continue to ramp up their campaigns on homelessness and early years.
