Sarah Ferguson had an operation after being diagnosed with breast cancer, it has been revealed.
The cancer was discovered after the Duchess of York, 63, had a routine mammogram, according to the Sun.
Ms Ferguson was released from hospital today, and is currently recovering at home in Windsor.
According to anonymous sources close to her family, the operation at King Edward VII hospital in Marylebone, Central London, was “successful”.
