Royal Family LIVE: Prince Harry 'holds crunch talks' over return to UK with Meghan Markle

Prince Harry is believed to have “held talks” about a possible return to the UK with Meghan Markle and their children Archie and Lilibet.

He is expected to come to the UK for the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games, and reportedly wants to bring his family along for the ride to attend a service at St Paul’s Cathedral – but the Duchess is hesitant, a source has claimed. The unnamed source told OK!: “The move to bring the Invictus Games back to Britain is seen as an opportunity for Harry and he is very keen to take it.

“He is adamant that he wants Meghan and the children to join him, but I think she may be apprehensive and I think she finds being in the UK very uncomfortable.”

They claimed Harry has taken part in “government-level talks” about the possibility of coming to the UK in May. It comes after the Duke briefly travelled across the pond to visit his father, King Charles, following his cancer diagnosis.

The source added: “The couple know they won’t be able to repair things with the Prince and Princess of Wales just yet, but there is hope that the King will be able to bring the families closer together. I wouldn’t be surprised if there are lots of calls and Zoom meetings planned, to try to iron these things out before the duchess agrees to head over to England.”
