Royal Family LIVE: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle 'incredibly unlikely' to apologise

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are “incredibly unlikely” to apologise to the Royal Family, a commentator has claimed. Cameron Walker, GB News’s royal correspondent, said he felt the Duke and Duchess of Sussex don’t feel the need to say sorry.

He made the claims in a debate with presenter Emily Carver, who, in response to reports Harry and Meghan are looking for “redemption” in 2024, said that the couple want to redeem their brand rather than make apologies to the Windsors for their exposés.

Mr Walker said: “Yeah it looks that way. I think it’s incredibly unlikely we’ll get any kind of apology from Harry and Meghan to the Royal Family. I don’t think they feel they need to apologise for anything. I think it’s more about reinventing their PR brand and image.”

He added the Sussexes may turn the spotlight off of themselves next year and onto their causes rather than “complaining about being members or ex members of the Royal Family”.

The comments come after insiders told US Weekly the Sussexes have received a wave of offers, with one telling the magazine: “Harry and Meghan think 2024 will be the year of redemption.”
