The World Snooker Tour (WST) has confirmed that they are planning to investigate Ronnie O’Sullivan’s astonishing rant about Ali Carter in the aftermath of his eighth Masters title. The Rocket defeated Carter 10-7 at Alexandra Palace but went on to repeatedly insult his opponent.
The WST confirmed to the PA that that O’Sullivan’s outburst in his post-match press conference to several newspapers “was under review”, though they refused to comment further on the matter.
