Rishi Sunak has fallen to his lowest popularity rating to date in a poll of Tory members.
The survey by the Conservative Home website put the Prime Minister’s net satisfaction score at minus 25.4 and at the bottom of the league table.
Mr Sunak is down from 7.1 points in November and 26 points in October, although he was on minus 2.7 in September.
The latest polling comes after he was hit by a major setback last month with the Supreme Court ruling against his Rwanda plan.
There were also record net migration figures which are unlikely to have been well received by the party faithful.
Meanwhile, new Home Secretary James Cleverly, who topped November’s league table with 72 points, has plummetted to eleventh from the bottom with a score of just 10.6.
Business and Trade Secretary Kemi Badenoch, who was second in November, now tops the chart on 63.4 points.
Commons Leader Penny Mordaunt moves from third place to second on 49.8.
Veterans minister Johnny Mercer is third with a net satisfaction rating of 45.4 points.
Esther McVey – who returned to Cabinet in Mr Sunak’s reshuffle as the so-called minister for common sense – and security minister Tom Tugendhat are both next on 31.2.
Lord David Cameron, who made a sensational comeback as Foreign Secretary, is fourth from the bottom on minus 4.9.
Other Cabinet ministers in negative territory are Deputy Prime Minister Oliver Dowden, Chancellor Jeremy Hunt and international development minister Andrew Mitchell.
Levelling Up Secretary Michel Gove narrowly escapes the red with a net satisfaction rating of 0.2.
