Rafael Nadal offered some hope over his expected return to tennis after sharing some fresh training footage. The Spaniard has not played a match since January and underwent surgery in June. Taking to Instagram, Nadal posted a video of himself on the practice court for the first time since before his operation. And it looks promising, with the 37-year-old upping the intensity just weeks after he said his practice sessions “bored” him.
