Queen will be 'turning in her grave' reading Harry's memoir as Duke branded 'petulant'

The Queen would be ‘turning in her grave’ reading Prince Harry’s memoir, a fuming Piers Morgan has claimed. The Talk TV presenter also raged at the insensitivity of the timing of the Duke of Sussex’s book, which comes out only months after the death of the late monarch.

Morgan argued: “I honestly think the Queen will be turning in her grave reading all this stuff.

“Not only because that Oprah Winfrey interview aired a couple of days after Philip was taken into hospital and as we know died within several months.

“But the book has come out within three months of the Queen dying.

“And there is his response to the death of our great monarch is to do a book that causes severe damage to the institution that she represented so magnificently for over 70 years.”

Mr Morgan also spoke to Princess Diana’s former butler Paul Burrell who branded the Duke as a “petulance privileged prince”.

Mr Burrell added that Harry’s late mother would be “appalled” by his behaviour as she was “very proud” of the monarchy despite tensions with the Firm.

He said: “He’s an angry petulant, privileged, prince who constantly blames others with no accountability on his part.

“His mother would be absolutely appalled.
