Queen Camilla made another appearance on Wednesday but her latest fashion choice left royal fans divided.
The royal opened Maggie’s Royal Free’, a new cancer support centre, at the Royal Free Hospital in east London, where she also gave an update on her husband, King Charles’s condition.
The Queen looked chic in a teal Anna Valentine dress and matching coat which she paired with the Russell & Brombley boots Dressage (£445) she’s worn previously.
Camilla complimented her look with a Launer London Tosca clutch in black (£1,400).
She accessorised the whole look with her famous Van Cleef & Arpels Vintage Alhambra 5 motifs 18k yellow gold & Agate bracelet (£4,031) and Sweet Alhambra Heart 18k rose gold & carnelian bracelet (£1,232) by the same brand, the ‘Apollo’ mini blue topaz and diamond pendant in yellow gold by Kiki McDonough (£2,300) and a gold plate pendant with a ruby (her July birthstone) centre stone and 5 initials of her grandchildren from her first marriage.
But it was the Queen’s new brooch that stole the show, as she sported the antique enamel and diamond set brooch by London jeweller Wartski.

However, royal fans were divided over Camilla’s latest style choice, with some calling the dress and coat combination “sloppy”.
One user wrote on Instagram: “It’s often a bit ‘sloppy’ for me – a lovely new brooch but the time hasn’t been taken to attach it correctly; the pin is visible which detracts from the design.” While another one said: “Love the dress, the coat not as much. It’s all about the neckline”.
A third user added: “Standard Camilla fare but I am very happy to see a bit of tailoring and some shaping at the waist. These Anna Valentine pieces were starting to look like big, shapeless sacks with arms sewn on. Even just some pleats and darts at the waistline are a big improvement and make these outfits more “daywear” than dressing gown.”
But others fell completely in love with the Queen’s outfit, with one user commenting: “Camilla looks lovely by the way. That jade colour certainly suits her”.
Another one chimed: “Ooh this teal color looks so pretty on her!! Love it” while a third one added: “Her new outfits have been so pretty and I adore this new brooch !!!”
