Putin’s top ally warns of 'rivers of blood' as world 'edges closer' to nuclear WW3

The Kremlin warned on Friday that the threat of a nuclear World War 3 is imminent.

Dmitry Medvedev, former Russian president and top ally to current President Vladimir Putin, said that “new rivers of blood will flow.”

Medvedev added that the world has not been so close to another war since the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962.

He also blasted the Biden administration for forcing the US congress to approve more military aid for Ukraine.

He said: “Never have they extorted so much money for a minor state that is in the process of collapse.”

Medvedev, who currently serves as the deputy head of the Russian Security Council, said: “Never since the Cuban Missile Crisis has the threat of a direct clash between Russia and NATO leading to the Third World War been so real.”

He added that the Biden administration will eventually receive money in 2024 to “continue during the war at any cost.”

He said: “For this loot new rivers of blood will flow, for which the Biden family…are responsible.”

The Cuban Missile Crisis of October 1962 is seen as the moment a nuclear war almost erupted between the US and Russia.

But this is not the first time Medvedev has threatened a nuclear war – he threatened the UK when they sent troops to Ukraine, and he hinted at possible assassination attempts against Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Zelensky previously told media outlets that he has survived five of Moscow’s attempts on his life.

Medvedev was the president of Russia from 2008 to 2012 when Putin could not seek reelection due to term limits.
