Princess Kate surprises royal fans by sharing adorable baby picture from 40 years ago

An adorable new picture of Princess Kate has been released on social media, as the Royal Family have confirmed exactly when her Together at Christmas will air over the festive season.

A snap of a young Kate at Christmas in 1983, when she would have been almost two years old, was posted on the Kensington Royal X page.

The post also read: “Sharing some festive memories this Christmas because #ShapingUs is all about the vital importance of our early years and the role played by those around us in shaping the rest of our lives.

“Don’t miss the Together at Christmas Carol Service with @earlychildhood this Christmas Eve at 7:45pm on @ITV.”

The Firm attended the carol service at Westminster Abbey earlier this month, on December 8, where almost all the senior members and extended family were present.

They will next be reunited at Sandringham itself, their Norfolk estate, where they have traditionally spent Christmas and New Year ever year since 1988.

Even more extended family will be there for the big day, as Queen Camilla’s two children from her previous marriage, Tom Parker Bowles and Laura Lopes, will be there with their families.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are likely to once again be absent from the festivites, as they remain estranged from the rest of the royals after a turbulent year.
